I was going to write this post about UFC 113, but outside of the sweet revenge for Shogun I did not have much to say. Lucky for me, Martin Rooney’s new book came out last week. I would have easily paid full price just for the workout program. Don’t worry if you have Martins first book, Training for Warriors. Martin has tweaked and improved all aspects of his program. This latest is a great companion to the first book and takes you even further into the program.
