Light Heavyweights Jared Hamman and Rodney Wallace won Fight of the Night, Shane Carwin won Knockout of the Night for putting Frank Mir to sleep, and Kurt Pellegrino won Submission of the Night for his finish of Fabricio Camoes. All bonuses were in the amount of $65,000.

UFC 111 was an announced sellout with a gate of $4 million.
