The replay of this week’s episode of Pro MMA Radio is available now. WEC lightweight contender Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone joined Pro MMA Radio on Aug. 31 to talk about the postponement of his main event interim title fight against Benson Henderson. Originally scheduled for Sept. 2, the fight will now headline WEC 43 in San Antonio, Tx. on Sat., Oct. 10 and will be broadcast live on Versus. Leonard Garcia, a contender in the WEC’s crowded featherweight division, also appeared on the show.
The Opening Round featured a full recap of UFC 102 with The Canadian Press’ Neil Davidson. The stacked card included a main event victory by Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira over Randy Couture and lightning-quick knockouts by middleweight contender Nate Marqaurdt and heavyweight newcomer Todd Duffee.
