Back in the fall of 2008, FIGHT! visited Athens, Ga.’s Hardcore Gym. Owned and operated by brothers Adam and Rory Singer, Hardcore is the gym where Forrest Griffin got his start. He was long gone by the time we visited but they had a solid stable of young pros including two studs at opposite ends of the scale – bantamweight Brian Bowles and heavyweight Todd Duffee – maybe you’ve heard of them?
